What is Wargame Trader?

Wargame Trader is an online marketplace dedicated to buying and selling wargaming miniatures, terrain, paints, and accessories. Our platform connects sellers and buyers from around the world, providing a secure and user-friendly environment for all wargaming enthusiasts.

How do I create an account?

Creating a seller account on Wargame Trader is easy! Click on the "For Sellers" button at the top header of our homepage, fill in the required information, and follow the prompts to complete your registration. Once your account is created, you’ll have to fill out some additional information when prompted in the seller portal, and then you can start selling right away.

You can easily sign up as a buyer during your first purchase by filling out your email address when prompted on the checkout page. Wargame Trader will save your purchase history and use it to provide you with an improved customer experience. You can also check out as a guest if you would prefer to opt-out of the improved experience.

Please note that currently only sellers based in the United States are allowed to sell on Wargame Trader. Unfortunately, international sales outside of the United States are not available at this time.

How do I list items for sale?

To list items for sale, login to your seller account in the "For Sellers" tab in the header. Follow the step-by-step instructions here. Once your listing is complete, it will be visible to buyers on our marketplace.

What types of items can I sell on Wargame Trader?

You can sell a wide range of wargaming-related items, including miniatures, terrain pieces, and more. All items available to list can be found under the Products → List Products to Sell tab in the header of your seller portal.

How do I purchase items on Wargame Trader?

Browse our marketplace or use the search bar to find items you’re interested in. When you find something you like, click on the item to view its details and click "Add to Cart" for the quantity you want to purchase. Once you’re ready to check out, go to your cart and follow the prompts to complete your purchase securely.

Please note that international sales outside of the United States are not available at this time.

Prices for some products seem pretty high. Why is that?

Product prices are determined by individual sellers, not Wargame Trader. So if some prices are inflated, especially if there are only a few listings on a single product, those prices will come to an equilibrium over time to a fair price determined by the community at large.

Also note that prices include standard shipping, so factor that in as well!

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods, including major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options. All transactions are processed through our secure payment gateway to ensure your financial information is protected.

How is shipping handled?

Sellers are responsible for shipping their items to buyers. Each listing will include shipping options and costs that are displayed at checkout. Normal shipping is included in the price of the product, while expedited shipping is available as an add-on. Once you make a purchase, the seller will provide tracking information so you can monitor your shipment.

If you need assistance, you can reach our customer support team by clicking the "Contact" link in the header of our website. Fill out the contact form, and a member of our team will get back to you as soon as possible.

Stay updated by subscribing to our newsletter and following us on social media. We regularly post updates on new listings, exclusive promotions, and community events to keep you informed and engaged.

Are there any fees for using Wargame Trader?

Creating an account and browsing listings is free. We charge our sellers a small, industry-leading commission fee on each sale to cover the costs of maintaining and improving our platform.

Our seller fee during our early-access period is just 6.5%. Our competitors offer fees of 11-15% to sellers, making Wargame Trader the most cost-effective option for selling your wargame merchandise.

How can I leave feedback for a seller?

After completing a transaction, you can leave feedback for the seller by navigating to your order history and selecting the appropriate transaction. Your feedback helps maintain the quality and reliability of our marketplace.
